Role: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
I had the pleasure of managing Pavlina for her role in the Business Development Team at ACRES. During the 18 months we worked together, I found Pavlina to be approachable, open, and extremely professional as well as inspiringly creative. I could always rely on her to design marketing and communication materials, which were not only on point, true interpretations of the briefs but which added that something extra. It was evident that she cared about the work she produced and was enthusiastic to try different approaches, whether this involved producing stop motion videos or setting up and running meet and greet events in local cafes. Whatever marketing or communication task assigned to her, Pavlina’s technical, creative and interpersonal skills quickly made her an essential part of the Business Development team as we worked to increase brand awareness, course enrolments and B2B partnerships.
Working mostly remotely, Pavlina had to be self-motivated and disciplined with much of her work to hard deadlines. I greatly appreciated the working relationship we developed. It was one where I believe, both felt able to give and receive feedback, and I knew Pavlina would ask for support when needed but be confident enough to work autonomously.
Within her role, Pavlina was responsible for relaunching ACRES Facebook and Instagram, the production of several monthly newsletters to different stakeholder groups and the management of ACRES mailing list as well an array of digital and non digital promotional materials e.g. posters, banners, leaflets, and adverts. She attended networking events, including meetings with the Chamber of Commerce and local Job Centres, liaised with various community groups, businesses, and colleges, and visited many of the ACRES classes photographing students and their work.
I would highly recommend Pavlina for any future marketing or community liaison role and regard her creativity and professionalism to be an asset to any team.

Pavlina has worked in my team as an Evening Centre Administrator from February 2019 to July 2024 at the Adult College for Rural East Sussex.
Pavlina has many excellent personal and professional qualities. She is very friendly and warm, always tactful, adaptable, caring and sympathetic. She thinks beyond normal boundaries and is innovative and imaginative. Shis is always enthusiastic and promoted the professional image of our organisation.

This is to confirm that Pavlina had offered service as a full time residential volunteer at Jamyang Buddhist Centre. Pavlina is very hard working, focused, efficient and effective. Pavlina was always thinking of others, is kind and caring and we all loved having her with us. She is highly responsible and well motivated.
Pavlina lived on-site at the Centre, working five full days a week (35-40hrs), as part of our Hospitality Team. Overall, as part of the team, Pavlina ensured that our dynamic and busy centre is well looked after, that the general public, conference guests, school visits, practitioners and employees feel happy and safe.

Role: Marketing, Event and Export Assistant
Pavlína has been working for Intrea-Piko (Yedoo) since June 2013. At the beginning, she worked at our marketing events (scooter rentals, scooter and balance bike races, fairs and exhibitions), but later we offered her a long term contract due to our contentment with her work performance.
Pavlína participates in preparation and coordination of marketing events (programme making, communication with organisers, administration, material gathering, posting event information on websites etc.) and is actively present at these events (rental attendant, event coordination, communication with customers, product selling etc.). Organisation of some events is her full responsibility.
Pavlína also helps with e-shop and website administration (updating product information and pictures, adding new products, content checking and editing). She also serves customers in store, submits applications for fairs and exhibitions and negotiates prices and conditions.
She performs her work thoroughly and dutifully. She is always helpful and amiable which is very important especially in a customer facing role. She has great initiative and is keen to learn new things.When she finds some mistakes in an assigned task she is happy to point them out and suggests solutions.
Pavlína is capable to work independently and is not afraid to accept responsibility for any project.
I can certainly recommend cooperation with Pavlína.
